Two enterprising ladies Ursula Radford and Adriana Galanis (who in fact met at Shoe Fair a few years ago) are returning to the show, this year as exhibitors.
"We established Moda Brazil as the Australian distributor for a range of real leather Brazilian footwear manufacturers who have an established following in South America, the United States and Europe" Ursula explained. Moda Brazil intends to bring first quality Brazilian leather and workmanship to the Australian market place.
Their product range includes something for everyone .. men, women and children.
Renata Moraes unites fit and fashion and is principally for the younger, fashion conscious consumers from 20 – 35 with contemporary, up to the minute designs.
The Masiero range provides high standard women's footwear that delivers the latest fashion and styles for a more discerning and sophisticated consumer.
Klin is a successful brand of colourful and comfortable footwear for children.
Launching at the fair is their Democrata range for men, shoe designs that transcend corporate and casual wear. This exclusive brand was founded in 1983 by Francisco Cintra and has since grown to producing over 10,000 pairs of fashionable and high quality mens shoes daily.
ModaBrazil is specifically at Shoe Fair to meet new retailers. With a growing network of outlets Australia wide they are hoping to expand their reach in Melbourne first and further afield, but as Ursula explained, they are doing it "one step at a time".
