The Australian Shoe Fair is a Free Trade Only Fair.  Entry is restricted to bonafide members of the footwear and fashion industry and over the age of 16.  Business ID may be required upon entry eg. Business card, letterhead or company documentation containing your company ABN. You may also be asked for personal identification such as a drivers licence to substantiate your identification. 

Those not involved in the fashion and footwear industry will not be admitted. Selling or promotion of products/services to exhibitors is not permitted. No photography or sketching permitted. Students will not be registered.

Yes all trade visitors must register for the fair.

You can register online or by completing the registration form attached to the Trade Invitation. If you would like to receive a trade invitation please call 03 8672 1200.

Alternatively you can register for the fair when you arrive, however to save time we recommend you pre-register.

Public Guests will not be admitted.  This is a trade only event.

If you register online you will receive an email confirmation that gives you a summary of your registered details as well as your unique registration identification number. You will need to print your confirmation and bring it with you to the fair to collect your Visitor Access Card from the e-Badge counter.

If you fax your registration, your registration will be processed and you will receive a confirmation which you need to bring with you as proof of registration to collect your Visitor Access Card at the fair.

Visitor Access Cards will NOT be mailed.  You will need to collect it at the fair.

Registration for the Australian Shoe Fair also allows entry to FASHION EXPOSED and the Bags & Accessories Fair.

Note that the Organiser reserves the right to cancel invalid registrations to ensure that entry is limited to bonafide trade visitors.

Yes, if you need to check what details have been registered please telephone the Organiser, Australian Exhibitions & Conferences on tel 03 8672 1200. Alternatively, your registration details can be altered when you arrive at the fair at the onsite registration desk located near the entrance to the fair.

Yes, you are welcome to register upon arrival at the Australian Shoe Fair. We recommend pre-registering to save time. All onsite registrations will require business identification.

Students enrolled in a footwear related course at a tertiary level may attend the fair after 1pm on Tuesday 14 February 2012.  Students are not required to register.

Course Administrators must apply in writing to the Organiser prior to bringing class groups to the Australian Shoe Fair. Email applications must be sent to shoe@aec.net.au with details including institution, course, number of students and preferred attendance time.

Student passes are issued onsite from the registration desk with the appropriate student identity card.

Trade Fair entry is restricted to those in fashion and footwear related industries. Children under 16 may attend free of charge if accompanied by an adult at all times. There are no child minding facilities available at the venue.

Most International visitors to Australia will require a Visa to enter the country. For Government details on Visas visit Australian Government Immigration site at www.immi.gov.au  Remember if you need to make a Visa Application make sure you do so well in advance as there is usually a processing period involved.
