Visitor VIP Program

Host your current clients at the Fair, using our free VIP Program. Let us know who you would like to receive a VIP Pass to the Fair and we will ensure that they receive a letter inviting them as your VIP guest. Many of your clients will already attend the Australian Shoe Fair each year, however why not do something different this year and treat them to a VIP pass? Not sure who to invite? You could even just send us your wish list of clients and we'll do the leg work to find them. A value added service for exhibitors, we will put your name in front of your VIP's with a personalised invitation to the Fair. At the fair we encourage you to make use of the VIP Lounge to entertain your VIP guests in a private business environment. Trade Invitations

Complimentary trade invitations are available for you to distribute to your clients in hard copy and / or electronic format.

Our professionally written and printed trade invitations are a valuable tool for you to promote your presence at the Fair to your existing and potential clients. Successful Exhibitors run a ‘pre-fair' publicity campaign. If you have not yet requested your invitation quantities please email shoe@aec.net.au with the amount you require. Your invitations will be sent to you around mid-December.

Buyer's Guide Listing

The official Buyer's Guide will be available to all visitors at the Fair. You will have been sent the details we currently have on file for your Buyer's Guide listing either with Newsletter 1 (sent via email on Friday 28 October 2011) or in the email containing your stand agreement. Submissions for changes to Buyer's Guide listings have now closed.
